Close of the year
wow.. God really spoke to me just a couple of days ago at the metamorphesis night conference. Humbling... shall chew on that a while... n perhaps post it as the Lord speaks..
As the year draws to a close.. its been a really blessed year, and in fact heres just a few of them:
- God brought divine appt - discipled a dear brother overseas in the UK and was super blessed by the relationship we shared as bros in christ. What wonderful potential... in the position God has placed him, may he bless hundreds and thousands in the business world someday soon.
- Had a prophet pray and speak over me.. to hear from the Lord on purpose and calling after years of seeking was really something. Haha... but it was so funny cos he asked 'so what are you doing in London'... i said 'studying'... and he promptly replied 'you're joking!'
- First class honours *gasp* how did that happen... spending so much time with church n friends.. its really a blessing. God has not missed out on studies as well... Father has brought me such as long way since that jia lat mid year in sec 4 - my last exam before finding the Lord. Praise Him :)
- Finding a wonderful job tts from the Lord. No work on weekends and direct bus to go.. and space to grow as a person too... what more can one ask for ya..
- Having my family attend church.. wow that alone is worth so much. Mum in aussie, grandma n aunt for family nite in BC, 2 uncles coming for church events... and my bro growing well in FCBC.. after the many years... finally breakthrus :) Pray like mad...!
- GSP aka govt school project. performing in front of 1000+ students over 2 weeks, of whom 6 received christ... music has been put to good use! it was challenging breaking out of my usual worship muso mould.. but why not amen :) building the kingdom!
- Joining the worship team as a coordinator... the joys of worship.. talking to other worshippers, musos, vox.. now coupled with having a role to build God's house in this way that Ive always dreamed about. In line with what the prophet said too... hmmm... :)
- Christmas... nuff said :)
Yes Father, you have been good :) Really really good to me this year.
I wonder what the next year will hold...
