Some Value

For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. 1 Tim 4:8

Hmm… some things working into routines:
1) Alternating morning teas with less-sugar soya bean
2) Have a lighter breakfast some weekdays
3) Take jog a week
4) Keeping up the swim n soak on Saturdays… great time to catch up on PT with God n catch some sun too.
5) Getting a gd 6-7 hr sleep every day, n a weekend nap.

*grin* ok... so that actually sounds quite comfortable and won’t exactly get me on the front page of some mag, but it’s a start :p

And its something I think I can maintain for the long haul...

The long haul... mm.. yup isn't our walk but a long obedience in the same direction?

You know... I'm not capable to do everything, nor do I desire to. But I will take my place in Your house, and what You've created me to do, I will do, with joy, passion and perseverance. That much, by Your grace, and by Your Spirit, Lord, I can do :)
